But maybe not, not today

We’ll give thanks to You with gratitude

For lessons learned in how to thirst for You

How to bless the very sun that warms our face

If You never send us rain

Daily bread, give us daily bread

Bless our bodies, keep our children fed

Fill our cups, then fill them up again tonight

Wrap us up and warm us through

Tucked away beneath our sturdy roofs

Let us slumber safe from danger’s view this time

Or maybe not, not today

Maybe You’ll provide in other ways

And if that’s the case …

We’ll give thanks to You with gratitude

A lesson learned to hunger after You

That a starry sky offers a better view

If no roof is overhead

And if we never taste that bread

Between alibis and enemies tonight

naman kaya lang muntik ng di gumana credit card ni

yung the passion… twas really moving… vange was crying

all the time… di naman ako makaiyak… kasi yung mamang

kalbo sa tabi ko mukhang matatawa, bwahahaha. anyway…

Isang araw na inikot namin ang buong makati….

Its sunday today at ngayun lang ulit ako nakapag sulat sa

diary ko. Attended mass this morning. walang practice

kaya after the mass we went to Wai Ying to have a chinese

food 0overdose! Wala akong masabi sa bagong interiors ng

wai ying kundi….AMPANGET! siguro may kuneksiyon yun sa

feng shui… kasi walang sense yung blue na interior e.

Pero in fairness, masarap pa rin naman e, tsaka mukhang

luminis ang preparation at service nila. Nagbibigay na

sila ngayun ng Ice water kahit di ka humihingi.

Pagkatapos ng tsibog… punta kaming makati para humanap

ng libro ni Dan Brown, Angels and Demons…kaso lahat yata

ng sambayanang Pilipinas, bumili ng libro… puro Out of

Stock! e etong Fred na to… obsessed! talaga daw naghanap

kami hanggang Glorietta, Greenbelt National, lahat ng

branches ng Powerbooks sa Ayala center… in the end,

nahanap din namin siya sa Powerplant. Kapagod!

Kaya yun… pakiramdam ko… naubos ang lahat ng lakas ko

dahil sa isang libro! masaya naman dahil kasama ko mga

friendster ko…

Isang araw na inikot namin ang buong makati….

It’s saturday… lazy afternoon…

Had a great week, mukhang ok naman ang mangyayari sa buhay

ko. It’s great to know that my new boss appreciates my

eagerness and and enthusiasm sa work ko… medyo

nagkakagulo kasi sa branch ngayon dahil kay Dingdong and

ms. jane… nagkakampikampihan na… basta ako…

gagalingan ko lang habang nagkakagulo sila. Pinagawa pa

nga ako ng bagong calling card pero iba na ang position..

(sales officer) though sa pangalan pa lang, ok na rin…

mukhang may magandang balak sa akin tong boss ko…ako nga

raw ang isasama nya sa mga clients pag nagpresent kami ng

mga products coz she believes in me. though minsan mag-

iisip ka, pano kaya ang iisipin ni ms jane… and

everytime, sinasabi nya sa akin na natutuwa siya kasi

parang naalala nya raw yung sarili niya sa akin when she

was just starting… ipagpatuloy ko lang daw at darating

din daw ako dun. Well, maybe God still wants me to stay

sa Security bank… sabagay, pano nga naman

magiging ‘Obedience’ yun to God’s will kung yung gusto ko

ang masusunod.

Had a bad news yesterday… isa sa mga client namin.. na

abduct daw… kasi very vocal family nila sa support nila

kay FPJ. Pinakain ng posters ni fpj at pinainom ng paint

thinner… buti na lang nagsurvive… iniwan sa batangas.

At buti nakapag lakad pa para pumara ng bus… pero mukha

raw taong grasa… bumili kami ng fruit basket para ibigay

at bumisita kaso confidential yata yung location…

pinabigay na lang namin sa messenger nila… must be very

traumatic for him.

Makes you wonder why these things happen…
