Yes! The world revolves around me…

Enter 2008, and it looks like the stars aren’t in favor of me. These bad feng shui forecasts makes me cringe even without the unfortunate events actually happening. Nevertheless, I have already psyched myself that this is gonna be a great year.
Some pointers that I am considering to do:
1. Donate Blood – They say that to prevent blood shed for the coming year, I should donate blood instead to preempt the forthcoming accidents that could happen. I think this is turning something negative into something positive. Indeed, donating blood save lives!
2. Give to charity- again, it’s the same concept, you give something before hand to prevent theft and burglary. I think it’s called creating good karma.
The holiday season is over, and a lot of great things happened to me. We did a few caroling stints and attended a wedding of a dear friend.
I have much to thank for 2007, and I am really overwhelmed by the blessings that I’ve received. This may be a post new year greeting to all of you…but still, A toast to everyone!
Cheers! and Happy 2008!

Last Saturday, we went to the World Bazaar in World Trade Center, and guess who’s in town? Jolly Old St. Nick! My niece took the chance for a photo op… but it looks like he scared the hell out of her.

I finally got my starbucks 2008 planner yesterday, after some caffeine overdose, here’s the “fruit of my labor”. I woke up a little later than usual this morning, just to break the monotony of it, I’ve been waking up early for the past few days so I could report to the office early and do some paperworks. It doesn’t hurt if I skip the routine.
PopCorn! hah! I Love love love love it! Be it microwave, caramel glazed or even the ever reliable hand popped home made one. Let’s just say that this popped golden kernels is one of my comfort snacks. Yesterday, I was able to buy and I think, for the first time (since I can’t barely recall if a friend offered me some a few months back), taste Chef Tony’s Popped Corn! We bought caramel and a white chocolate walnut, which, for me tastes heavenly. The white choco is a bit pricey, but it tastes good anyway so I am resolved to buy again once I pass by the area. I think I should also try their other flavors, It really looks tasty too.
I’ve got a tight schedule tomorrow, but I think I can pull through. I got some clients to visit and proposals to deliver, I just hope everything will be right on schedule.
